Summer approaches! And Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring for a part-time POOL ATTENDANT at our upscale community in Sacramento, CA. As our Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the pool and surrounding recreation amenities within the apartment community and assertively enforcing regulations, while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

As our Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the pool and surrounding recreation amenities within the apartment community and assertively enforcing regulations, while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Monitor pool, fitness, and recreation areas to ensure proper use and adherence to community rules
• Check recreation passes and ensure guest policies are followed
• Address and enforce community guidelines with residents and guests in a professional manner
• Observe and patrol amenity areas to maintain safety and order
• Maintain cleanliness of amenity areas, including pool deck, furniture, and surrounding spaces
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents to management promptly
• Complete daily logs and document incidents, trends, or concerns
• Assist with communication through the resident portal regarding pool updates
• Support grounds and team members with trash collection and light maintenance tasks as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service consistent with community standards
• Check recreation passes and ensure guest policies are followed

ADDITIONAL INFO: This position is part-time and will require working on weekends. Your days off are Mon, Tues & Weds. Work hours are 1pm-10pm.
SALARY: Starting hourly wage is $21.50/hour, plus a $60/month cellphone allowance, job training and more. You must be 18 years of age to apply. These opportunities begin in May and will end at the end of September.
