About your new Career:
As our Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the pool(s) and surrounding recreation amenities within the community, while assertively enforcing regulations, while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Completing recreation pass checks in pool areas, fitness center, and clubhouse while verifying each resident is only accompanied by two guests.
- Addressing the behavior of residents and guests that are not following amenity rules pertaining to their apartment lease.
- Observing and patrolling pool amenities and enforcing safety regulations.
- Providing excellent service consistent with community standards.
- Identifying and reporting defects of any amenities and notifying supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, and/or equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
- Ensuring amenity areas are clean and orderly at all times, such as pool furniture rearranging, cleaning tables, trash clean-up, washing down pool deck, etc.
- Reviewing, posting content, and responding on the community’s online resident portal regarding any pool updates.
- Complete daily logs and report any incidents, trends, or safety concerns.
- Assisting grounds with trash collection, and ground-related projects, as needed.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Days off for this position are Monday & Tuesday.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Starting hourly wage is $21.50/hour. You must be 18 years of age to apply. This position will end at the beginning of October.
