The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager / Estimator who can own a project from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed estimates and bids for commercial and industrial flooring projects
- Manage projects from award through closeout — scheduling, materials, and client communication
- Coordinate with field crews to keep jobs on track
- Build and maintain relationships with GCs, owners, and project stakeholders
- Support business development by responding to RFPs and maintaining client relationships
What We're Looking For
- 2 years in construction project management, estimating, or both
- Flooring or coatings experience is a plus but not required — we will closely train the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivated and detail-oriented
