What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asbestos Litigation Associate Attorney position at Lewis Brisbois?
The San Francisco, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an asbestos attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to the California bar and have one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of asbestos litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Lewis Brisbois has decades of experience defending asbestos litigation cases and our attorneys represent a broad spectrum of clients, including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and property owners. The firm is frequently selected to represent clients as National Counsel in asbestos litigation, and we have handled thousands of asbestos exposure cases throughout the country.
Although we would prefer that you have some experience in asbestos and toxic tort law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena.
