Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator 

Lewis Bakeries is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing operations, consumer engagement, and brand compliance initiatives. This role plays an important part in managing our online store, responding to consumer inquiries, and maintaining regulatory and trademark documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms in a professional and timely manner

• Manage online store orders, refunds, and customer support tickets

• Coordinate resolution of consumer concerns with internal departments

• Prepare and submit WIC documentation and maintain compliance records

• Track trademark filings, renewals, deadlines, and packaging accuracy

• Coordinate with internal legal teams and external partners on compliance matters

• Process invoices, purchase orders, forms, and departmental paperwork

• Support marketing events, promotions, and special projects

• Maintain organized digital and physical marketing files and records

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in administrative, customer service, or marketing support roles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service software

• Familiarity with WIC, FDA labeling, or trademark documentation

• Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, or consumer packaged goods environments
