Pay
- Top performers earn $150,000 per year (commission-based)
- Average sales consultants easily earn $55,000
- Guaranteed training pay up to $4000 for the first 90 days

What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right vehicle
- Greet people in the showroom and on the lot
- Ask questions to learn their needs
- Explain features and options in simple terms
- Offer and lead test drives
- Follow up with leads
- Complete paperwork with the team
