What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- Work with architects, designers, and builders to align project goals with AV and smart home solutions
- Present and sell integrated systems, including audio/video, lighting control, motorized shades, networking, and security
- Use iPoint, OvrC, and other industry software for quoting, troubleshooting, and managing proposals
- Read and interpret architectural, lighting, and reflective ceiling plans for project planning
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and builder meetings to represent Lewis AV
- Maintain flexibility in your schedule, some evening and weekend events are essential for relationship-building
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality; many clients require signed NDAs
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in smart home integration, AV, or low-voltage technology sales
- Familiarity with industry tools like iPoint, OvrC, and other industry software
- Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and construction professionals
- Ability to read and work from detailed architectural and lighting plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible in managing shifting priorities
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy
