Job Description
Seeking associates with 3-6 years of ABS securitization experience. Should have experience in both warehouse/ABCP and term asset-backed securitization transactions. Experience in commodity assets such as auto loans, student loans, credit card receivables and trade receivables as well as esoteric assets (e.g. structured settlements, tax liens or life settlements) a plus. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
