Job Description
We have an opportunity for an Asbestos/Toxic Tort Associate in a New York Midtown law office. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to top academic credentials. The candidate must be a self starter and possess the ability to multi-task. Working with others in a team oriented environment is essential.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years Asbestos/Toxic Tort Litigation experience
- Experience and/or strong interest in toxic tort, products liability and/or general litigation
- Strong deposition experience needed
- Must be admitted to practice in New York State
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
