Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in representing borrowers and lenders which include investment banks, commercial banks, private equity funds and corporations in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset-based loans, first and second lien financings and other types of U.S. and international financings. Candidates require excellent
negotiating and drafting skills and a strong working knowledge of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and other documentation utilized in complex financing transactions.
