Company Description
The candidate would be engaged mostly on the defense side of civil litigation and defend large-scale entities, professional- and general-liability claims, primarily in tort or civil rights claims. This individual will also work closely with Litigation Partners and other associates. This person could expect to have a hands-on litigation desk, involving discovery, taking/defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings. This person will also enjoy direct client contact, as well as interaction with witnesses and court personnel. This individual must be a member of the Indiana bar. Base-salary would be based on the candidate and experience. Bonus structure. Health/IRA.

The firm is a growing collaborative civil litigation group that is well-known in the Indiana litigation community having tried over 50 jury trials in the last two decades on civil matters including construction defect, defamation, wrongful death, big truck, TBI, lost business profit, and land use with amounts in controversy routinely exceeding $1M .

Base salary can start anywhere from $80,000 to $100,000, plus a performance-based bonus.
This candidate will work at the firm's Indianapolis office at 8777 Purdue Road.
