What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician position at Lewis and Clark Behavioral Health Services, Inc.?
LCBHS is hiring one full time evening shift behavioral health technician for our inpatient residential substance use treatment center. Work involves being responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and confidential treatment environment. Participates in patient’s treatment plans by monitoring patient whereabouts, communicating information regarding patient’s behavior to other members of treatment team, encourages and facilitates patient’s participation in therapeutic activities, provides feedback to motivate behavioral changes, supervises patients to ensure their safe involvement in treatment.
Hours: Scheduled a minimum of four shifts working 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with $2.00 hour differential pay.
Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or GED and one year experience in resident/psychiatric inpatient facility; hiring contingent upon driving record, background check, UA/drug test and reference check
