Job Summary
Are you a person with top-notch organizational skills? The Lewes Senior Activity Center (LSAC) is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Part-Time Membership Coordinator. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our membership program, supporting growth, retention, and exceptional member experiences. From managing daily administrative operations and database records to planning exciting, member-exclusive events, you will play a vital role in keeping our community connected and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide warm, professional, and timely support to members, responding to all inquiries within one business day.
- Database & Reporting: Process membership transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records in MySeniorCenter. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual membership reports.
- Communications: Support member outreach including renewal reminders, benefit updates, membership card distribution, and event messaging. Orchestrate monthly membership mailings.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute exclusive member events throughout the year to boost engagement and retention.
- Outreach: Assist with membership promotion and outreach at LSAC and local community events.
- Administration: Handle general administrative processes associated with membership and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MySeniorCenter or a similar database management system.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Environment: Work is primarily performed in a comfortable, professional office setting using general office equipment.
- Physical: Requires frequent sitting and frequent communication with members via digital channels, phone, and in-person interactions. Occasional physical activity required, including limited lifting and carrying up to 15 lbs.
