Lew Hudson Sales is a manufacturer Representative agency that specializes in the construction equipment rental and concrete supply industries. We work with approximately 20 different manufacturers that are leaders in their product categories. This is an established territory of over 40 years.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Representative. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory. The day-to-day tasks include developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the representative will be expected to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and prepare reports on sales activities and performance. This territory includes Tampa, Naples, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and all of south Florida.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Prior experience in the industry is a plus
- Ability to work with independent business owners as well as local branches and district offices at national rental accounts.
