Job Summary
Receives, stores and distributes equipment and products at America’s Center & the Dome.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Places materials/goods on racks, shelves, or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product.
- Marks materials with identifying information.
- Records amounts of products & equipment received or distributed.
- Counts items for distribution to ensure company standards.
- Fills requisition requests from locations.
- Maintains organization of inventory by using the FIFO method.
- Abides by safety and sanitation standards.
- Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
- Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
- The use of a medium weight cut glove(s) when handling or using box cutters, knives, peelers, choppers, or mandolins.
- The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Lift or move up to 165lbs
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to take direction with little supervision
- Stand, Walk, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch
- Exposure to hot and cold environments
