Job Summary
Summary: Assists customers in ordering thru the assigned location. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent customer service
- Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
- Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Observes guests purchases and ensures correct items are handed to the guest
- Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
- Keeps items stocked
- Ensures compliance with company service standards and follows all policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
- Performs opening and closing procedures of assigned location as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Basic English Required
