Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares, assembles, and serves food and beverage items according to company recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
- Stocks concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, coolers, and storage areas with food, beverage, paper products, and supplies.
- Maintains product quality and serving temperatures in accordance with food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assists with setup, operation, and breakdown of concession locations before, during, and after events.
- Delivers exceptional guest service and responds to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Communicates guest concerns, operational issues, and product shortages to leadership.
- Ensures concession areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout events.
- Assists with inventory movement, restocking, and product transfers as needed.
- Completes cleaning and sanitation duties, including workstations, service counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Safely operates equipment used in foodservice operations following company procedures.
- Assists team members across concessions, premium, catering, and culinary operations when needed.
- Follows all alcohol service guidelines, food safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance according to company standards.
- Ensures compliance with all health, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
