Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney, located in Cedarburg, WI. The Attorney will be responsible for advising clients, conducting legal research, preparing legal documentation, and providing representation in civil and transactional law. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. The Attorney will collaborate with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes for a variety of legal matters.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, with a focus on Civil & Transactional Law
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and performing in-depth Research
- Ability to negotiate effectively, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active license to practice law in Wisconsin
- Experience in litigation and courtroom representation is beneficial
- Commitment to delivering client-centered service with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases simultaneously
