Location: New Holland, PA

Starting Pay: $24–$25/hr and up PLUS $1.75/hr night shift premium

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM & 7 PM – 7 AM), 2-3-2 rotation – enjoy half the month off!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality cable products by:

• Operating extrusion machines, let-off/take-up equipment, or machines on our Twist, Cable, and Braid lines.
• Performing quality checks and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Keeping equipment clean and running smoothly.
• Collaborating with a supportive team in a modern manufacturing environment.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred (but not required for some roles!)
  
  

Education & Experience

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• This position requires 20% clerical and planning and 80% material handling, production assembly machine operations, and/or walking and assisting production employees
• Work is primarily performed on the manufacturing floor where noise levels may be moderate or high and hearing protection may have to be worn
• Eye and foot protection may have to be worn
• There is potential for lifting weights up to 30 pounds may occur regularly, with a potential for lifting weights of up to 45 pounds on an occasional basis
• There is potential exposure to extreme temperatures
• The occasional physical demands of the position include climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and eye/hand/foot coordination
• May stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
