- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment
- Inspect and verify work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication
- Strong understanding of various welding techniques
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes paid lunch)
