About the Role
We are a workforce management company serving long-term care facilities. Our comprehensive recruiting service helps facilities source, hire, and retain quality staff, delivered as a recurring monthly subscription.
We are growing and looking for a motivated sales professional to help bring this service to more facilities.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone, email, and in-person visits
- Meet with facility administrators, Directors of Nursing, and HR directors to present our service
- Guide prospects through the sales process and close new clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Travel to meet with prospects and clients as needed
- Keep your pipeline organized in CRM
Who We Are Looking For
We care more about who you are than your resume. Strong candidates tend to be natural communicators who enjoy meeting people, stay organized, and follow through on what they say they will do.
Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, bartending, or other customer-facing roles are very welcome. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required - we will train you on our product, our industry, and our process.

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and reliable
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred but not required:
- Background in sales, customer service, or a people-facing role
- Experience working with or calling on healthcare facilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
