We're looking for a Mass Tort Associate Attorney.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to play a critical role in the management of our various mass tort cases. The individual needs to be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and have a willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of our clients. This job will cover all aspects of mass tort litigation, from inception to trial and settlement. Requirements
· Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school or be in the process of obtaining one immediately upon employment
· Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam as soon as possible
· Ranked in the top 25% of law school class
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong passion for Mass Torts litigation
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ranked in the top 10% of law school class
· Participation in mock trial, moot court and/or law review
· Judicial clerkship or litigation internship experience
Job Duties:
· Conduct legal research on mass tort issues, including case law and applicable statutes
· Draft and file pleadings including, motions, complaints and other documents in an accurate and timely manner
· Assist with the management of multiple mass tort cases, including tracking deadlines, filing documents, and coordinating with clients and experts
· Develop case strategy and assist in building compelling case narratives
· Handle client communications and build good rapport with our clients
· Assist with the litigation process, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and aiding with trial preparation
· Coordinating with our expert team of paralegals, litigation assistants and attorneys

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
