What You’ll Do
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to every customer, ensuring satisfaction from first interaction through delivery
- Educate customers on products and financing options with accuracy and confidence
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Maximize sales opportunities by meeting or exceeding individual and store performance goals
- Proactively generate new business through networking, online outreach, and personal follow-up strategies
- Accurately enter and manage sales transactions in the POS system, ensuring seamless order completion and delivery coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment with up-to-date product information
- Stay informed on current promotions, competitive offerings, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions that best serve the customer
- Participate in ongoing training and attend team meetings to continuously develop your skills
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers, coworkers, and partners
- Support additional store initiatives and responsibilities as needed
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a customer-focused or sales-driven environment
Skills & Strengths:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to simplify information and confidently guide customer decisions
- Solid attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships
Physical Requirements
