The Warehouse Associate Position
Our newest Warehouse Associate will work in a fast-paced (but steady) position, selecting products to fulfill orders of various sizes, in addition to helping unload containers every month or so. The position is physical in nature and demanding, but is in a positive team-based work environment. Constant movement, attention to detail, and a safety minded outlook are necessities for our next successful hire. This position is located in our McKees Rocks, PA hub.
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Warehouse Associate position
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience is desired
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed.
- Ability to arrive to work on time and be ready for a busy day
- The need to have things neat and orderly
- A valid driver’s license
- Desire to contribute and help no matter what the task
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure of the Warehouse Associate Position
Compensation for this position is negotiable and will depend upon experience. The position is full-time with hours Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Medical and dental benefits are available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes benefits such as 401k plan with matching employer contributions as well as company-paid life and disability insurance.
