The Opportunity
Levi & Korsinsky is continuing to expand its sophisticated ADR and consumer litigation practice in New York City. Our team handles high-volume, cutting-edge consumer arbitration matters involving data privacy, fintech, consumer protection, and product liability claims against major corporations.
This is an opportunity for a junior attorney to step into meaningful litigation responsibility early in their career within a well-established plaintiffs’ firm. Unlike traditional junior associate roles, attorneys on our ADR team gain hands-on exposure to active litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, and client-facing work from day one.
We are looking for highly motivated attorneys who want to develop quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working closely with experienced litigators on modern consumer disputes shaping the future of arbitration and consumer law.
What You’ll Do
• Handle substantive work across high-volume consumer arbitration matters.
• Draft motions, discovery requests, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in discovery strategy, depositions, and case development.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and arbitration matters.
• Gain exposure to evolving legal issues involving data privacy, fintech, consumer protection, and product liability.
• Manage multiple active matters simultaneously in a fast-moving litigation environment.
• Collaborate with legal operations and case teams to drive matters efficiently from intake through resolution.
What You Bring
• J.D. from an accredited law school (2022–2025 graduate preferred); Bar admission required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, consumer-facing matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced practice environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to take on meaningful responsibility and develop litigation experience quickly.
