Job description:
This is an excellent entry-level to junior role for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn ERP systems like Great Plains, and wants to work in a supportive, professional environment.
- Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Medical/RX/Life: 100% Employer-Paid for Employee 95% for dependent
- 18 Paid Holidays
Core Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process purchase orders, enter data into the Great Plains system, and maintain accurate order records.
- Logistics Coordination: Update shipping schedules, coordinate with affiliates and sales teams, and prepare essential shipping documents like packing lists.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory accuracy, assist with warehouse data gathering, and ensure month-end inventory levels stay within targets.
- Returns (RMA): Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to track and monitor returned merchandise.
- Office Administration: Support daily operations by answering the switchboard, purchasing supplies, and assisting with travel arrangements or company events.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: Recent graduates or those with 1-2 years of logistics experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Great Plains is a major plus but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Familiarity with Japanese company culture is a plus
