Leverage Group Events is seeking a full-time, remote SpotMe Backstage Specialist to contribute to the success of virtual and hybrid events. The Specialist will be responsible for configuring and managing the SpotMe platform to ensure a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks include setting up event frameworks, managing content upload and updates, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the platform with client goals. The ideal candidate will ensure that events are executed smoothly and meet high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in managing and configuring the SpotMe Backstage platform, or similar virtual event platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address platform-related issues promptly.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to customize event setups, update content, and optimize the platform to prioritize user experience and client satisfaction.
- Previous experience with virtual/hybrid event production, digital tools, and technology integration is highly preferred.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- A degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a relevant field is preferred but not required.
