As part of our Customer Success Team, you'll be the friendly first voice our customers connect with when starting a new project or placing a reorder.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Have friendly conversations to understand each customer's goals, timeline, and project needs
- Gather important details like logos, brand colors, company information, and order specifications
- Help initiate new orders and reorders with accuracy and organization
- Keep detailed notes and maintain customer profiles in our system
- Coordinate with our design, production, and shipping teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Manage multiple conversations and orders while staying organized and attentive
- Continue learning our products so you can guide customers toward the best solutions for their business

What You'll Need
- Ability to reliably work on-site at our Hastings, Minnesota location
- Comfort making and receiving 50 phone conversations per day
- A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
