Duties
- Assist in supervising infants during play, feeding, napping, and diapering routines to ensure their safety and comfort
- Support classroom management by organizing activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, and social interaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation of toys and equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns to foster trust and partnership
- Implement child development instruction techniques tailored to infants’ individual needs and developmental stages
- Support staff with classroom setup, activity planning, and documentation of developmental observations
- Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with infants or in a daycare setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- An understanding of classroom management techniques for young children including behavior management strategies
- Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience, compassion, and professionalism

Pay: $15.10 - $17.00 per hour
