Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development of team members
Manage resource allocation, hiring, and onboarding of new engineers
Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in software development with strong technical background
Prior experience in a leadership or management role
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and cloud technologies
