We are seeking a Probate Paralegal to support our probate, trust administration, conservatorship, and guardianship practice. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping clients navigate important life transitions while working in a collaborative team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProbate & Trust Administration- Prepare probate pleadings, court filings, and related legal documents.
- Assist with trust administration matters, including notices, inventories, accountings, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with courts, financial institutions, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and clients.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filings, notices, and distributions.
- Support attorneys throughout the life cycle of probate and trust administration matters.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files.
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and attorney task lists.
- Prepare correspondence and client status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and third-party professionals.
- Provide compassionate, professional client service during sensitive matters.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional, client-focused demeanor.
- Experience in probate, trust administration, guardianship, or conservatorship matters.
- Experience preparing court filings and legal documents.
