Join a large, growing healthcare company with skilled nursing facilities throughout Florida, New Jersey, and New York. As our Head of Social Media, you’ll own and elevate our entire social presence—leading strategy, content, and execution across all platforms.
This is a primarily remote position with 1-2 days in office month.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all company social media platforms
- Conceptualize, create, and execute high-impact content
- Build and manage a dynamic social media content calendar
- Lead and collaborate with a team of designers and content creators
- Drive engagement, growth, and brand voice across all channels
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta platforms
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of social media experience
- Proven success managing and growing social media platforms
- Must have experience running and optimizing digital ad campaigns on Meta
- A true content visionary with strong instincts for what performs
- Experience leading creative teams and managing workflows
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (DOE)
