Job Summary:
The Management team will motivate their staff through coaching to maximize sales and provide excellent customer experience. The managers will work directly with budtenders and other staff to carry out all retail operations.

Essential Duties Include:

· Provide coaching, training, and support to your team.

· Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure compliance with state regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures.

· Work closely with the management and retail teams to ensure appropriate stock levels are met.

· Complete all necessary administrative paperwork in a timely manner

· Manage and maintain provisioning center inventory.

· Create a supportive environment to develop / motivate staff.

· Implement workflow procedures based on direction from the company’s General Manager.

· Supervise employees during day-to-day tasks.

· Providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
