What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Tech position at Levels Cannabis?
Position Overview:
As a Cannabis Cultivation Technician at Levels, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and vitality of our cannabis crops. You will be responsible for cloning, plant maintenance, cleaning veg areas, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloning: Assist with cloning following the production schedule for the facility needs
- Clone Care: Assisting with clone care (watering, scouting, burping, etc.)
- Plant Maintenance: preforming pruning tasks for vegetative plants, flowering plants, and mother plants
- Trellising
- Irrigation: installing irrigation lines, maintaining irrigation equipment, cleaning equipment, mixing stock barrels, validating barrels, collecting runoff, etc.
- Harvesting: Harvest mature plants, clean and reset flower room, moving new plants into cleaned flower room
- Plant Care: veg plant care, plant moves
- Cleaning: room resets, cleaning equipment and tools, cleaning grow rooms
- Collaboration: Work closely with the cultivation team to optimize growing conditions and reduce pest pressure through environmental control.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
