This is a fulltime position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters 5-days a week.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, budget, and follow-up of marketing events.
  • Lead project management of event deliverables including production, design, speakers, content, and sponsorships.
  • Spearhead promotional initiatives both internally and externally to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Be accountable for event registration and attendance metrics, and optimize accordingly.
  • Coordinate onsite staff schedules, travel logistics, and roles/responsibilities.
  • Serve as the primary logistical and technical lead during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time.
  • Stay on top of event industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance impact.
  • Manage multiple event programs simultaneously across formats and audiences.

What you bring to the table

  • 3 years of experience in event planning and management, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful events from start to finish.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing tactical execution while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful, self-starting mindset and collaborative team spirit.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.

While not required, it is an added plus if you have:

  • HubSpot familiarity.
  • Experience at a Series A or B SaaS startup.

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $115,000-$140,000.

Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
