Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Hip Hop/Break Dancing Teacher to inspire students of all ages through dynamic dance instruction. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that teach hip hop and break dancing techniques suitable for various skill levels
• Lead energetic dance classes, demonstrating moves clearly and motivating students to improve their skills
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants
• Provide personalized tutoring and feedback to help students refine their dance techniques and build confidence
• Incorporate elements of choreography, musicality, rhythm, and stage presence into lessons
• Organize performances or showcases to celebrate student progress and foster community spirit
• Utilize photography skills to document class activities and student achievements for promotional purposes
• Adapt teaching methods for different age groups, including early childhood education, preschoolers, and adult learners
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and special projects related to dance education
• Maintain safety standards during classes, ensuring proper warm-up routines and injury prevention measures

Skills

• Strong background in dancing styles such as hip hop, break dancing, ballet, theater dance, and other related disciplines
• Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain discipline while encouraging creativity
• Experience working with children, preschoolers, or adults in educational or recreational settings
• Ability to teach choreography, stage presence, and musicality effectively
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies
• Skills in photography for documenting performances or class activities
• Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive teaching practices
• Strong communication skills to motivate students and collaborate with team members
• Experience in theater arts or performing arts enhances the ability to create engaging dance narratives
• Basic culinary or cooking knowledge is a plus for integrating fun educational activities outside dance (optional)
• Childcare experience can be beneficial when working with younger children in dance classes
