Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Concrete Project Manager to lead and oversee complex concrete infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of concrete construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction from design schematics to final delivery.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans and schematics for accuracy and feasibility.
- Supervise teams on-site by managing daily operations, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of quality workmanship.
- Review contracts and change orders to ensure scope clarity and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders’ review.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles related to heavy infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining safety standards.
