Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Crew Member who has worked in similar roles performing landscaping services. This energetic team player will work exclusively with an existing established Crew Leader. If you have a passion for landscaping, enjoy working outdoors with a variety of machines, and want to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence, this role is perfect for you!
What does a typical day look like?
- Arrive on time, ready to work! (usually 6:30am Monday through Friday)
- Review the day's visits with your lead, load up the truck, and hit the road!
- Complete your assigned visits throughout North Metro Atlanta using a variety of equipment and landscape tools
- Return to the garage, usually around 5-6pm
Ideal Experience and Skills:
- At least 2 years working on a landscaping crew operating equipment: Mowers, zero-turn equipment, blowers, trimmers.
- Past use of walk behind aerators, work experience using ride-on zero turn aerators is a plus. Experience with powered spreaders and top dressers is a huge bonus!
- Experience in best practices spreading granular and liquid fertilizers and lawn chemicals
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (including high and low temperatures) while maintaining safety standards and productivity.
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects, equipment, and materials. Must be comfortable loading landscape trucks and trailers.
- Clear driving record and experience driving landscape trucks, trailers, etc. is a plus but not a requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
