Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position—applicants must have prior hands-on experience in landscape maintenance and/or installation and be comfortable working independently and as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, trimming)
- Install mulch, pine straw, plants, and sod
- Assist with landscape installations and small projects
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Drive pick-up truck and utility trailer (preferred)
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow direction from crew leader and communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure quality work that meets company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping experience REQUIRED
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Valid driver’s license (strongly preferred; ability to drive truck & trailer is a plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor daily
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
