About the Role
As our Front of the House Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, executing private events and delivering exceptional guest service that aligns with our high standards and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and quality standards
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new seasonal cocktails
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor control
- Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Assist with catering and private events
- Analyze financials and help drive sales and profitability
- Communicate effectively with owners
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong background in craft cocktails and bar management
- Confident, positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent multitasking, delegation, and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost management
- Proficient with computers and the ability to communicate professionally via email
- Values teamwork, integrity and fosters a positive respect-driven environment
Salary commensurate with experience.
Restaurant Operating Hours: Sunday - Thursday 4pm-9pm, Friday & Saturday 4pm-11pm
