Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch and/or accounting operations
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with patience and professionalism
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement needs
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and document preparation
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative support background demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous roles in bookkeeping and/or home services are advantageous
