What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cub Club Site Staff position at Central Administrative Office?
Cape Girardeau Public Schools is currently seeking Site Staff workers for our Cub Club Program. Hours are Monday-Friday evenings; 3 hours per day as needed.
Cub Club Site Staff is responsible for the well-being of the children under their care. They must monitor the children during their shift to ensure that they interact with one another in a safe and appropriate manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Attending high school with the expectation of a diploma or general education degree
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills; including the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
