We are a residential general contractor specializing in custom homes and are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team.
This position plays a key role in preparing project budgets, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and supporting our preconstruction process.
Responsibilities
Review architectural and engineering drawings
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop project estimates
Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids
Prepare detailed project budgets and cost breakdowns
Work with project managers during the preconstruction and construction phase
Identify value engineering opportunities
Requirements
3 years of construction estimating experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods
Ability to read architectural and structural plans
Proficiency in Excel and construction software such as Buildertrend.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
