IT Systems Administrator

Position Summary: 

IT Systems & Operational Performance Administrator will support enterprise operational functions by supporting technology platforms, integrating data across systems, and delivering actionable performance insights across the property portfolio. This role bridges property operations, IT systems, and executive reporting to ensure accurate data, streamlined workflows, and consistent KPI visibility for leadership and asset owners.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational curiosity of property management with experience in systems integration, reporting frameworks, and performance analytics.

Operational Systems & Technology

• Support implementation, administration, and optimization of property management technology platforms (RealPage, Ring Central, Microsoft Suite, Cell Phone Administration, LMS platforms, ADP and others).


• Partner with internal team members and external vendors to maintain system reliability, security, integrations, and data integrity.


• Lead the IT setup for all onboardings and offboarding of internal employees


• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.


• Procure necessary hardware and software to drive the day-to-day business

IT Support: 

• Break / Fix identification and resolution in a timely manner


• Troubleshoot site specific needs


• Partner with 3rd party vendors to sustainably solve IT related issues

Data Integration & Reporting

• Design and maintain integrated data driven alerts, dashboards and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency.


• Compile and integrate data from property management, accounting, and operational systems.


• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports that track key operational and financial metrics.


• Support automation of reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and data accuracy.


• Ensure consistency and accuracy of operational and financial data across platforms.


• Lead new property onboarding data organization and integration into RealPage


• Collaborate with cross functional team members to standardize company wide analytics

Portfolio Performance:

• Establish and maintain standardized KPI frameworks across the property portfolio.


• Aggregate property-level metrics into executive roll-up dashboards for leadership and ownership reporting.


• Analyze performance trends and identify operational opportunities to improve NOI, occupancy, and expense management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or related field.


• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, property management operations, IT support, or business analytics.


• Familiarity with property management, specifically RealPage strongly preferred . Other platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or Entrata valuable


• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow
