What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Leveille & Associates, Inc.?
We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team to assist with administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting clients, filing, entering detail accounting transactions, reconciliation of accounts and detailed books and records for various companies. QuickBooks experience is required. Desktop and Online versions preferred. Starting pay dependent upon experience.
