We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative who will work on our Customer Service team. This Customer Service Representative will maximize customer satisfaction by resolving all issues in a timely and professional manner by phone and email.
What You'll Do
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner; ensure appropriate resolution to any outstanding order is completed
- Communicate with Account Executive regarding their customers’ accounts
- Process and track RMAs
- Process Customer Credit Requests
- Escalate issues as needed
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Detail oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortability in a Fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
