We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented team player to join our team! This position combines hands-on warehouse and shipping duties with general office and administrative tasks.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour, with higher pay available depending on experience
Schedule: Part-time
Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Shipping
- Prepare pick tickets and process new orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments.
- Update and maintain warehouse inventory records.
- Coordinate freight arrangements and shipping documents.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including lifting and moving bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
Office & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Order office and warehouse supplies as needed.
- Perform light cleaning and help maintain an organized workspace.
Seed Test Management
- Track, organize, and file seed tests received from growers.
- Update and maintain company records.
- Retrieve seed test results from the OSU website weekly.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
