What are the responsibilities and job description for the Montessori Early Childhood Lead Teacher position at Let Them Grow Montessori Preschool?
Primary Lead Teacher (Ages 3–6)
Let Them Grow Montessori is hiring a full-time Primary Lead Teacher to lead a 3-6 year old classroom for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a Monday–Friday position, 8:00am–4:00pm, following the Nebo School District calendar.
At Let Them Grow Montessori, we believe children thrive when learning is child-led, relationships are strong, and community comes first. We honor each child’s natural curiosity, foster meaningful connections with families, and create a supportive environment where children feel confident, capable, and inspired to grow—academically, socially, and emotionally.
As lead teacher, you’ll have full ownership of your classroom — from how it's set up and what materials you curate, to how you structure the work cycle and communicate with families. Our Admin team is here to support you, but we trust you to take initiative for your class. If you are someone who believes learning flourishes in a community built on trust and respect — we want to meet you.
