This role is based in Concord, NC and requires regular in-person collaboration. Applicants must currently reside in the Charlotte Metro area. Applications from candidates outside the region will not be considered.
We're looking for a Creative Producer who can take a creative brief and make it happen.
You'll be responsible for turning ideas into reality, leveraging our internal team, creator network,
freelancers, partners, and production resources to deliver exceptional work. Whether it's a
campaign, content shoot, event, brand activation, or social initiative, you'll figure out what
needs to happen, who needs to be involved, and how to get it across the finish line.
This role is for someone who loves execution. You're highly organized, relentlessly proactive,
and resourceful enough to find solutions when the path isn't obvious. You don't wait for perfect
conditions. You assess what's available, build a plan, and get the job done.
What You Know
-3–6 years of experience in creative production, project management, agency
-operations, or a related field
-How to take a brief and turn it into a clear execution plan
-How to manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and multiple moving pieces at once
-How to produce content from concept through delivery, including photo, video, social,
and experiential projects
-How to coordinate photographers, directors, creators, talent, stylists, editors, vendors,
and production crews
-How to source and manage locations, equipment, permits, logistics, and production
partners when needed
-How to identify risks early and solve problems before they slow down a project
-How to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency
-How to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned
-How to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools such as Asana
-How to leverage available resources and build the right team for the job, even when the
path forward isn't immediately obvious
What You'll Do
-Own projects from brief through final delivery
-Translate creative ideas into actionable plans, timelines, and budgets
-Mobilize internal teams, creators, freelancers, vendors, and partners to execute work
-Keep projects moving, stakeholders aligned, and deliverables on track
-Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they become issues
-Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high creative standard
-Build efficient systems and processes that help the studio scale
