Can You Speak Meme Fluently?

Let's Be Friends is a creative studio operating out of Charlotte, Los Angeles, and New York City. We make physical products, visceral experiences, and world-class digital content for brands that actually matter.

We're 20 people doing the work most agencies need 100 for. Everyone touches the work.

This isn't a watch-and-learn internship. You'll audit brands, post for a startup CPG page, launch a full strategy for a global gaming brand, and chase trends before they peak. From day one.

Section: The work

What you'll actually do

• Audit social accounts and provide direct improvement to their strategy
• Post and manage a startup CPG brand's social presence
• Build and launch a full strategy for a global gaming brand
• Create memes, harness trends, move within hours, not days
• Track KPIs and report what's working and what's dead
• See strategy through from the deck to the live post

You're right for this if

• You're already studying what goes viral and why
• You can write a caption that sounds human, not corporate
• You know a dead trend from a live one in 30 seconds
• You've run or grown a page — personal, brand, anything
• Meme fluency is non-negotiable. Yes, seriously.
• You can make a sharp graphic in Canva or CapCut without a tutorial

Bonus if you have

• Experience running or growing a social account with real numbers
• Familiarity with Later, Notion, or scheduling tools
• Basic design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Experience with analytics and reporting
• Any experience in a fast-moving content environment
